Mr. Gunner graduated from Colgate University in 1981, served several years as a Registered Representative of the New York Stock Exchange and the National Association of Securities Dealers and graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1986.

Mr. Gunner is admitted to practice before the Courts of New York and Florida. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Florida Bar, the Allegany County Bar Association and the Village of Wellsville Bar Association. 

Mr. Gunner has practiced law in the Wellsville and Allegany County area since 1986. His practice has included trials in the State and Federal Courts and appearances before all levels of the State Appellate Courts as well as various Administrative Agencies, generally in civil cases for the plaintiff and in criminal cases for the defendant.
